The SFM 40 is a ball flashing machine for precision balls consisting of different materials, e.g. steel, copper, etc. with diameters of 1 mm - 8 mm. With a horizontally positioned grinding wheel, as well as a horizontally circulating ring magazine and with a capacity of max. 50 kg. This ball processing machine can be equipped with or without a PLC control as required.
High performance ball grinding machine SLM 40 S / FS
The SLM 40 S or FS ball processing machine for grinding or finishing precision balls consisting of different materials, e.g.
steel, glass, ceramics etc. with diameters of 1.0 mm - 8.0 mm.
With a horizontally positioned grinding wheel, as well as a horizontally circulating ring magazine, with a capacity of
max. 50 kg. Including ball-slide device. This ball processing machine can be equipped with or without a PLC control as required.
Superfinish ball lapping machine SLM 40 (EL)

e.g. steel, glass, ceramics etc. with diameters of 1.0 mm - 8.0 mm.
With a horizontally positioned grinding wheel, as well as a horizontally circulating ring magazine, with a capacity of max. 50 kg.
Including ball-slide device. This ball processing machine can be equipped with or without a PLC control as required.

The SFM 72 is a ball processing machine for flashing precision balls consisting of different materials, e.g. steel,
copper, etc. with diameters of 2.50 mm - 25.4 mm.
With a horizontal disc arrangement, horizontally circulating magazine and pressure adjustment with electromechanical interlock. This ball processing machine can be equipped with or without a PLC control as required.
Special ball grinding and flashing machine SLM 72 SF with PLC control
The SLM 72 SF with plc control is a ball-flashing machine, specially designed for flashing pellets with a diameter of 2.50 mm to 5.00 mm. For direct use after pressing and before hardening. With a horizontal disc arrangement, a horizontally circulating magazine, a ball-slide device and an automatic, preselectable pressure setting.

Special Ball Processing Machine SLM 72/900 with plc control
The SLM72 / 900 is a further development based on our proven ball processing machine of the SLM 72 series. With this ball processing machine you can produce balls in the diameter range from 30 mm - 250 mm, with very high surface requirements. The two processing disks have a diameter of 900 mm. The balls can be forcibly guided so that there is no mutual contact and thus surface damage is prevented. This ball processing machine can be equipped with or without a PLC control as required.
KSM 500 - Ball Sorting Machine
The Ball Sorting Machine KSM 500 has been particularly developed as an intermediate link in order to prevent any possible damage to the machines of the subsequently following processing steps. The purpose that is achieved by applying this machine, is that no too small, nor defective, nor too big balls will reach the next processing step.
